Just did 1 pull-up! I won't fail my NAPFA! Ahaha. now to aim for bronze level amount which is 4. It's going to be tough 'cause of my body weight(64kg), which means I need more strength to do a pull-up compared to say Fergus(a quoted 30+). Anyways it's completely unfair that I must do pull-ups just because I was born earlier.

Doing pull-ups is based on weight to a certain extent. Age has nothing to do with it, except that you have more time to train? lolwtf

Just have to train more, I guess. Biceps, Triceps, Back Muscles.(but i can't coz i dun have a freaking gym)

Training to pull-up on reflex(usually referred to as "momentum", but is actually reflex), which I will tell you here. By doing pull-ups fast and explosively, which causes an effect similar to the hammer hitting your knee and your leg flying up. You save a significant amount of energy and time.

A few observations before going to the main part of my post.

I pity Fergus' seating arrangement. In front of him is Cherie Wong, who harasses him. To his left is Ferlin Leung, who also harasses him. Sitting next to him is a short weirdo who puts his bag over his thing and likes to fuck ties(no offense, Hong Wei!)

Hong Wei's seat is like, the best. He gets no harassment, except for me, coz I like to sit there. Therefore he is free to enjoy the wonderful scenery, furthermore, he gets to be close to the whiteboard and can hear the teacher better. Therefore, Hong Wei's seat is one of the best in the class.

So we trashed the gu niangs of 3JT. Their keeper's performance today was sub-par, and let's not even mention their starting line up(Alphonso, PKS and CH4? LAWL)

Of course, the 3EP keeper did a lot by just being there as nobody else knows how to catch a ball and pass it to somebody else. *rolls eyes* But still, he did a great job =P I think Ricardo of Portugal is a good keeper, coz he can shoot as well as save xD

Christ Converts To Islam

JERUSALEM—In a surprise announcement with far-reaching theological implications, Jesus Christ The Nazarene, founder of Christianity and spiritual leader of nearly two billion people, revealed Monday that He has converted to "the one true religion" of Islam.

As part of His conversion, Christ said He has taken a new name, Isa Ibn Maryam al-Salaam Christ Shabazz.

Well, Nintendo is laughing all the way to the bank now(half a hundred thousand in a week?! Keep in mind the DS Lite has been out since last year and these figures are in Japan).
