Apparently, some tribes on a primitive set of islands worship the white men's crates, because they are the packages of magical items sent to the white men. The white men have to do so strange rituals, such as setting up many poles with wires connecting them, and listening to little black boxes with dials on them. The boxes have wires and they make strange noises, some even have a screen with light coming out. The white men never have to make any magical items themselves, as the God will send them crates with the magical items inside once the white men please the god with the ritual of listening to the box and writing on some paper.

Of course, they know their religion isn't as far fetched as the white men who believe that a women gave birth even though she was still a virgin, and the child could bring the dead back to life. Furthermore, the child's father was the child himself and he was dead for three days before coming back to life.

The island people have been waiting the 2nd coming of their messiah for 19years now, and when asked how they can wait so long for somebody who is most probably dead and won't be coming back, they replied "If the white men can wait 2000 years and Jesus hasn't come back yet, we can wait 20years."

I also bought a bleach art book. 32$(but got 20% discount) DAMN NICE. The best pics were the fold out of all the vice captains, and the beach scene featuring every lady(mostly not lady-like) of Bleach.

Lastly, I bought a book called "The God Delusion" by Richard Dawkins, an evolutionary professor. It will be a weapon against religious people and my bible to try and convince those poor ignorant people who believe in Deities and Gods.

no words can describe the amount of love I feel towards the greatest anime of all time. The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Too bad their DVDs are going to be Region 1(North America only). Which means I shall support piracy awhile longer. Huzzah!

I think anime-wise, I'm too far ahead of time compared to peers of my same age. People are still stuck at "OMG Naruto ninja so l33t.w00tw00t" and "I believe in teh heart of the cards! gogogo blue eyes black breast white dragon!! OMFG TEH PRONESS!111"

MOE: what is MOE?

Different people have different definitions, but they've all agreed that it's a sort of warm fuzzy feeling you get when you look at something cute. Some call it a mild form of lust. Some define it as the sort of feeling you get caring for a little sister, or a pet. Maids are moe. I personally feel that chicks in glasses are moe, but I've been desensitized to it as I live in a country where 90% of people are myopic.

In any case, moe has been the main drive force among the explosion of maid cafes in Akihabara, Japan. Maid cafes are so popular, it's not just the otakus(manga-obsessed nerds) that go to these maid cafes. However, they are still the major patrons of such places. Maid cafes offer a special service(eh, not that kind la). Where the maids, actually serve you tea, pour the milk and such. They treat the customer kindly, and if you're willing to pay the cash, they will play games(ranging from Paper,stone scissors stone to the latest video games) with you or provide manicures; which is why they're so popular. They let the socially and sexually inept geek to have a few moments of pampering and relationship that is hard to get.

There's been talk of opening up a maid cafe in Singapore, by SGcafe.com, a comics and computer rental shop and a popular place for Singaporeans cosplayers and self stlyed otakus to hang out.
